Domestic abuse is any form of assault committed between spouses living together, spouses living apart, divorced spouses living together or apart, persons who are parents of a minor child, people who resided together within the past year but are not currently living together and family or household members who reside together at the time of assault.

Unfortunately domestic abuse is extremely common and appears in a variety of settings in civil proceedings including divorce, orders of protection, restraining orders, and custody determinations.  We will use a variety of legal processes to help you protect you and your family’s current and future safety.
