Conflict of Interest: We perform a conflict check on all incoming email submissions. Please initially submit only the following information via email:

  • Your name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Names of opposing parties;
  • Brief description of the matter (i.e. business transaction, personal injury case, contract issues, will, litigation dispute, etc.)

Please do not expand into the facts of your particular case before an attorney contacts you and determines that no conflict of interest exists. An example of a conflict of interest would be if our firm represents someone that you are considering suing. Sullivan & Ward reserves the right to decline services for any reason, without the necessity of giving a reason.

Statute of Limitations: In certain cases a statute of limitations may exist. If you do not bring your case within the statute of limitations the right to bring a claim is lost forever. If you have a claim and an attorney from Sullivan & Ward does not represent you, you should immediately seek counsel to fully protect your rights.

Warning: Email messages are not necessarily confidential when sent over the internet. Please do not send any message you consider to be confidential or sensitive in nature. Also, keep in mind that unless you are already a client, any email communication will not be privileged and may be disclosed to other persons.
