Diana S. Machir has been practicing law for more than 20 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Grand View University before graduating from Drake University Law School. Diana serves as Counsel for the Regulatory Compliance Group (RCG) and provides a wide range of legal services, including employment law, administrative law, government affairs, and civil litigation.

Throughout her career, Diana has developed extensive experience in public and administrative law, labor and employment matters, regulatory compliance, and education. Her professional background includes service as an Administrative Law Judge, Executive Director of a major education association, General Counsel for a police officers’ council, and attorney in private practice. This diverse experience allows her to provide clients with practical legal guidance, strategic problem-solving, and effective representation across a variety of legal matters.

Outside of her law practice, Diana enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, biking, and other outdoor activities.
