Andrew Carlson serves as an Associate Attorney of the Sullivan & Ward Law Firm. Mr. Carlson received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Iowa in 2020, where he studied Environmental Policy, Criminology and Law. During his time at the University of Iowa, he gained experience in the legal field while working as a runner and secretary’s assistant for a local law firm in Iowa City.

Mr. Carlson went on to earn his law degree from Drake University Law School in 2023. He clerked with Sullivan & Ward throughout his time at Drake, assisting the Firm in various areas of law. He is now licensed to practice in the State of Iowa and is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association.

Mr. Carlson is a general practitioner, assisting clients in the following areas:

• Energy and Public Utility Law;
• Personal Injury and Professional Negligence;
• Business and Corporate Law;
• Real Estate;
• Construction Law;
• Contracts; and
• Wills, Trusts, and Estates Law.

Outside of the office, Mr. Carlson enjoys traveling, competing in recreational sports, and spending time with friends and family.
