Mr. Green was born in Cascade, Iowa March 14, 1948;  Graduated from Loras College, Dubuque, Iowa in 1970;  Graduated from Drake University Law School in 1975; Admitted to the Iowa State Bar Association June 17, 1976.  Mr. Green is a member of the Polk County Iowa State and American Bar Associations.  He is married and has four (4) children and eight (8) grandchildren.  He is a member of the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, West Des Moines, Iowa.  Mr. Green practices primarily in the areas of business transactions, real estate, estate planning, probate and employment law.  Mr. Green has received the following awards:  Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rating and Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers™, Chambers USA Award/Real Estate from 2006-2010 and the Best Lawyers in America/Real Estate from 2008-2010.
